A collection of tips for taking children to Parkruns when the weather is cold. We do our Parkruns all year round, this is Isabelle's second winter doing them. In this video she does her 45th full length parkrun aged only 7.
Running in the freezing weather can be hard sometimes, made more difficult by the conditions, this is felt more by kids the younger and smaller they are.
While you start off a bit cold, a bit moany you end with a smile and somehow completely warm. Running is magic like that :)
