Netball Drills - Pepper Pot

This video is looking at "The Pepper Pot Drill" for netball. This is a great drill to get your players working on basic decision making. I also love to use this activity to challenge players passing speed and i'm constantly shouting "speed it up" to my groups to see how fast they can go!
There are a few progressions for this one by either adding more players, netballs or even movement. Eventually you can build it up so that each group will be developing their passing, decision making, speed & agility and timing.
I guarantee no matter what age or ability your players are they can master this activity and they will be doing it with a smile. So give it a go and let us know how you get on!
