Our visit to Bathurst was nothing short of extraordinary. As we embarked on our journey, we unexpectedly stumbled upon Hayes Siding, adding a touch of nostalgia to our adventure. Continuing our drive, we were astounded to encounter the colossal world's largest pineapple, standing proudly as a symbol of creativity and wonder. Its three-level structure and observation deck left us in awe, offering breathtaking views. Amidst our exploration, we were captivated by the presence of what we said are the world's smallest pineapples, a delightful surprise. As we took a slow drive through the historic streets of Bathurst, the rich tapestry of its past resonated deeply. The ornate churches and the wonderful powder magazine exemplified the town's architectural charm and storied heritage. Our visit would not have been complete without seeing the Toposcope, an emblem of the region's remarkable history.
