Magkano nga ba ang sahod ng new nurse dito sa amerika? Pagusapan natin dito 😂
I will share with you the salary of a nurse in a skilled nursing facility , Long term care as promised. Please watch till the end of the video and don't forget to like, share and subscribe to my channel ❤️
One of the most sensitive topics. I finally get the courage to upload another video related to salary. This is the reality kahit asa abroad ka it doesn't mean na andami mo na agad savings, kasi sa bills palang maooverwhelm kana.🤭 That's true.
I created this video while Im still here in a Skilled nursing Facility in the US in just a small town, to share my personal experience and to give you an idea on the other side of the state which is in a rural area. Especially for those who are bound to come here soon. Mababa lang dito unlike sa ibang state like California or New York (they have one of the best rates) Binabalance din kasi sa cost of living 💕
Sa ngayon asa probinsya pako, Im not earning what others are earning from big cities, but still I am grateful for this God's grace. #peaceout
Please share this video to those nurses that may benefit from it. Godbless us all.❤️
Guys asa rural area lang ako ha, parang probinsya lang kaya ung rate mababa lang. Please dont judge me. Sa ibang state mas mataas ung hourly rate like California it could be as high as $50 per hour or more but here super baba lang in North Dakota, Dickey county. Habang hindi pako nakakaalis dito I decided to share it with you and I know for a fact na mas mataas sa iba compare dito. Thanks guys❤️

***Please be guided nalang with this, My employer claims na legal daw un rate ko, Kahit below prevailing wage dahil daw dun sa time of filing. Im sharing this para maging fair lang saknila. Pero kayo na po ang bahala kasi ndi naman po ako expert pag dating sa prevailing wage. In my opinion dapat tlga within prevailing wage ang salary ng RN
The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) declares that the require wage is to be “based on the best information available as of the time of filing the application.” INA §§212(n)(1)(A)(i) and (t)(1)(A)(i). With respect to the prevailing wage, DOL’s regulation carries forward this statutory formulation, indicating that the prevailing wage must be “determined as of the time of filing the application.” 20 CFR §655.731(a)(2).
As per our conversation yesterday, we correctly informed you of this federal law. You can contact the labor office in the state, however, they are not familiar with immigration law, as the U.S. Department of Labor in D.C. is the proper office, they are the agency that issues the prevailing wage for immigration purposes.
Your employer did not break the law, because they offered you the rate of pay that met or exceeded the prevailing wage at the time of filing your petition. If they broke the law, USCIS would have denied your petition. When your petition is filed it includes amongst other supporting evidence, these Key Factors that prohibit any employer from breaking the law, and preventing any attorney from breaking the law as, they both have to sign these listed documents which holds both parties responsible for any wrongful submissions:
