Installing New Tracks On The Takeuchi TL250

Installing new tracks, track adjusters and front idlers on the Takeuchi TL250 loader. I ripped a bar out of the track the other day on the pad job so it was finally time to change them. The idlers were really easy to remove and install, Takeuchi has a really nice simple design for that. I was able to get 2215 hours out of this set of tracks which I was very happy with. The machine now has 7415 hours on it and the rest of the undercarriage is original. The entire job took a little over an hour to do both sides and get it back on the trailer. The forklift definitely makes it easy to move the tracks around. Hopefully I will get another 2000+ hours out of this set. Thanks for watching! #EliteEarthworks #Takeuchi #newtracks
