150g - Roasted Chana
200g - Jaggery
1 cup - Lotus Seeds
1/4cup - Almonds
2tbs - Poppy Seeds
1/2ts - White Pepper Powder
1/2ts - Dry Ginger Powder
1/2ts -/Green Cardamom Powder
4-5tbs - Clarified Butter

📝 Ingredients:

Sesame seeds (Til) – ½ cup

Grind half into powder, keep the other half whole


Almonds (Badam) – 15 pieces

Dates (Khajoor) – 15 pieces (seeds removed)

Desi Ghee (Clarified Butter) – As needed (around 2–3 tbsp)

🍳 Preparation:

1. Soften the dates:
In a pan, heat a little desi ghee on low flame.
Add the dates and cook gently until they melt and soften completely.


2. Add ground ingredients:
Add the ground sesame seeds and crushed almonds to the pan.
Mix well and cook for a minute on low heat.


3. Turn off the flame:
Add the whole sesame seeds you had kept aside.
Mix everything thoroughly.


4. Shape into balls:
Let the mixture cool slightly, then shape into small balls (like ladoos).

With 1 glass of lukewarm milk

One hour after breakfast
