In this video, Alan Doering, AURI's Senior Scientist-Coproducts, walks through the process of cleaning Winter Oilseeds such as Winter Camelina and Yellow Pennycress using equipment at the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute's Bioindustrial Innovation Center in Waseca, MN. He is joined by winter oilseeds farmer Paul Novotny.
