How can I make more pet more comfortable once they have a diagnosis of Degenerative Myelopathy?

There are a lot of things we can do around the environment.

1. Putting in place physical therapy. A rehabilitation routine to help slow down the progression of the disease.

2. Introduce supplements that have an antioxidant effect.

3. Introduce things into the home environment; mats, rugs, carpets, bedding to help minimize their chances of slipping.

4. Introduce protective devices into their daily routine. Padding to their paws.
