Trump on tariff negotiations with China: 'We don't have to make a deal with them'

President Donald Trump is not backing down in his trade war with China. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said the president claims the United States has the upper hand in the negotiations between the two international powerhouses, saying, "China needs to make a deal with us. We don't have to make a deal with them."
