I realized I haven’t made a vlog in awhile so thought I’d get back to it. First week of Stampede got pretty busy so I took my camera around and documented some stuff.
This episode starts off at Beat Drop during Skratcher (an open turntable scratch session where DJs get together on a Saturday to jam with each other) then takes you on a little behind the scenes before the annual Stampede version of the Rewind party. Next up, I follow my students, DJ Madly and ANAND on a gig at the actual Calgary Stampede grounds…spend a day kicking it with a film crew for a mini doc on me (link to doc below), then cap the first Stampede weekend off with the Rewind event at Knoxvilles Calgary tent. It was a fun start to a crazy 10 days in the city and turned nto a pretty fun vlog. Thanks for watching!
