Blake is a consummate musician: a session drummer, music producer, bandleader, educator, and author who is dedicated to creating great music. He has performed on 500+ songs in the studio, performs 50+ shows a year, and works with many talented artists, bands, singers, songwriters, and producers including some of today’s biggest stars.

From 2007-2015 Blake co-founded and co-managed a successful team of twelve top session musicians, The Backliners. In 2014 Blake founded a high-end drum recording & teaching facility, Unleashed Drum Studio. In 2016 Blake co-founded and co-manages a high-end collective of 50+ popular session musicians, the LA Session Group.
