At Crown, we empower our employees to give back to our communities through volunteering. It is the legacy of our Founder, Jim Thompson, who has led by example and instilled the spirit of “giving back” by involving employees since the early days, and has encouraged them to contribute to local communities.
That's why we give each of our employees two days a year - to support causes close to their hearts.
