In this video I had started playing For Honor with no HUD. Why? I honestly don’t know. At first I thought it might just be an interesting challenge to do, then as I started playing I realized that it felt like I was having to re-learn the game entirely. I was missing all my parries, deflects were off, I was completely screwed if I ran out of stamina. My only hope was to stay aggressive and offensive. As I continued to play I had the idea that maybe if I keep playing only like this then I may be significantly better at the game if I ever turn the HUD back on.
Rules of the challenge:
1. Guard widget is off
2. I cannot see mine or the enemy’s health/stamina
3. In 4v4 gamemodes I cannot see who owns what zones, how many points each team has, what feats I have unlocked, and where my teammates are
4. I cannot see any messages in quick chat but my own
I’m trying to keep the videos as honest and authentic as possible so even though I cannot show all rounds and all fights, I will be intentionally including losses as well as my wins
