A strange glitch in which the usual ending cinematic triggers (waiting 30 seconds after killing the chieftain, picking up the chieftain's corpse, picking up the chieftain's mask, or attempting to leave LC_final) do not come into effect, allowing the player to leave and continue playing after killing the chieftain without watching the ending cutscene and reloading the file on the next cycle.
As a side effect of this, Artificer's max karma is also no longer locked to Karma 1 after killing the chieftain.
