What I wish I considered before starting my locs is ensuring all dead / damaged hair was gone and I had an even healthy foundation of hair to start with .
Because I didn’t get rid of those dead ends before, they got rid of itself eventually once my locs matured and grew out . A lot of the tips of my locs has broken off 😬 or I just cut if due to the spot being weak .
