Subject: Appeal for Centralized Question Paper and Timely Syllabus Allocation for the Betterment of Students
Respected Sir/Madam,
With due reverence, I would like to submit this earnest appeal on behalf of the students of West Bengal regarding two important academic concerns affecting our learning and performance.
Firstly, we humbly request that a centralized question paper system be implemented across schools. A centralized system would ensure uniformity, fairness, and standardization in academic assessments across the state, thereby providing equal opportunities to all students irrespective of their institution.
Secondly, we kindly urge you to ensure that the syllabus is released at the conclusion of the first semester at the latest. Due to the long Puja vacation and the scheduling of final exams for junior classes, many schools face challenges in allotting and completing the syllabus in a timely manner. The lack of early and structured syllabus distribution leads to academic uncertainty and stress among students.
We sincerely hope that the department will take this request into serious consideration and take the necessary steps to address these issues for the greater good and academic betterment of all students.
