Corn Meal Laddo are very easy to make & its really healthy recipe. These Ladoos can be made easily even by beginners. it can serve as a very healthy sweet/ snack for your children. Not just healthy it tastes super delicious. Give it a try :)
Ingredients:

Corn Meal-1 cup
Wheat Flour- 1/2 cup
Brown sugar- 3/4 cup
Cardamoms- 4
Cashew nuts- 10
Almonds- 10
Ghee- 4 tbsp
Milk- 2 tbsp
Preparation:

Take 1 cup Corn meal, its available in all shops. Make sure you use the fine corn meal. its available in other two variants too ( medium & coarse)
Take 3/4 cup brown sugar( white sugar can also be used) add 4 cardamoms and grind it in a mixer to make fine powder.
In a heated Pan, add 1 tbsp ghee once its melted add 10 cashew nuts & 10 finely chopped almonds & fry them well.
Add 1 cup Cornmeal & 1/2 cup wheat flour to this & saute well. Once the flour is fried well it will change colour slightly.
At this moment, add the powdered sugar & saute well for 2 minutes. Maintain low flame throughout.
Once the flour is fried well, add 3 tbsp melted ghee & saute it well for 1 min. Ghee should be mixed well with the flour.
Once its fried well move it to the mixing bowl. Now the flour will look dry, we can't make ladoo on this. Add 2 tbsp hot milk step by step & mix it well.
While adding the hot milk, sugar will melt and make the flour wet & conducive for making ladoos.
Make round shape Ladoos using the flour. Healthy Corn meal Ladoo is ready.
Even though we have added milk, it will stay good for 5 days if kept under room temperature.
