The New Haven Railroad Historical & Technical Association (NHRHTA) hosted their annual train show & reunion at the Connecticut Valley Railroad in Essex. It consisted of vendors, presentations, a shop tour, and a special train to the end of valley track in Old Saybrook. We see this train at Bokum Road in Essex just south of the station, Connolly Drive in Old Saybrook just north of Milepost 0, and back at Essex Station. After the run, we head up to Chester to catch the regular Steam Train & Riverboat Excursion.
