Ilse Dunbar and I grab the Hancock mountains in Grafton Coonty New Hampshire. This was a 10 mile, 3,000 ft elevation day that turned out to be amazingly beautiful and getting to hang out with Ilse was such an honor!!
Before attempting these peaks, be prepared for a 900 ft drop in elevation in .5 miles after the Sou to Summit. Not for the faint of heart.
Safety - Preparation - All keys for a succesful hike in the mountains on any day.
