This is another variation of pasta dish using the I've made in the previous video!
Short rib and sausage ragu (Sausage beef pasta,) using beef short ribs and spicy Italian sausage.
I paired it with pappardelle as I think it goes perfectly with ragu-style sauces.
The texture of the pappardelle paired very well with the soft texture of the braised beef, and the sausage added another layer of complexity to the flavor!
