Get Ready to Workout! These exercises didn’t play around! Definitely have the sweat towel ready and the water bottle on standby for this HIIT workout, because this circuit was no joke. You’ll feel the legs start to burn with the reverse lunge and then the cardio fun begins with the seal jack and mountain climber combo. The jumping jack variation followed by a classic cardio exercise in the mountain climbers packs on a pretty good punch and just as the abs start to ignite, we go right into the core movement, the skyscraper crunch! We’ve done this one plenty of times, and a weight could always be added to spice things up, but for this one it’s hardly needed because the last move is great strength building exercise, the spiderman push-up. The pause in the bottom sets up for the lateral leg movements and then the chest press back up really gets the blood going to the muscles! Once the first round is done, prepare your mind because there’s still 2 rounds coming after that!! This one won’t disappoint and is perfect for working the whole body in a short time!
