How to Completely Disassemble a Cylinder Head // JCW Forged Engine Build

In this video, we completely disassemble and strip back the cylinder head from my Turbo Mini. In doing this work, we can clearly see why the engine wasn’t running smoothly, even after the walnut blasting procedure. Considering there is still that much sludge on the intake valves, I would have loved to see how much more there was if I was able to take the cylinder head off the engine before. Also, the extra sludge on the valves would make it harder for the air to enter the cylinders, and the added weight on the valves would make it harder for the valves to open and close. Regardless, the head is off and we’re taking it apart. Enjoy!! Here are the tools and goodies I’ve used in this video.
