New Hire Trainings are Tuesday in Odessa

Brady employees drive beautiful late mode Peterbilts and haul frack sand in dry bulk pneumatic tankers for the West Texas/SE New Mexico oilfield known as the Permian Basin. If you live near fracking locations, you could get home a few times per week. If you live further away, you will need to start with 6 weeks training rotation before you get 1 week off. You can choose a more flexible schedule following that first training period, but we like to provide a full week off for Drivers and families after each rotation. Trucks have sleepers, and Brady’s Terminals offer showers, laundry, and Drivers’ Lounge for your needs.

Average salary $80,000 annually plus the Quarterly Safety & Performance Incentive +5% of your full quarter’s driving earnings, Annual Longevity Incentive +5% of entire year’s driving earnings, 90 Day Review. So, there’s opportunity to earn more.

3) 6 Months or 50,000 miles Tractor Trailer Experience
4) Oilfield Drivers must be clean shaven to fit the mandatory on-location respirator

PAY/SCHEDULE/BENEFITS: Drivers are on-call during your shift in the field, and you earn a percentage of your truck’s revenue paid via direct deposit payroll every other week. The more you haul, the more you earn.
