Follow along and do the slow movements at the same pace. Can be done in a relatively small space; appropriate for any fitness level. Each of the 9 movements is repeated four times while standing in a sitting position (horse stance). This channel also has an instructional video series with details for each movement of this form to give a deeper understanding of how to perform each movement.
