Learn how to safely and fall and get back on your paddle board with a few simple tricks I've perfected over the years.

Many beginners are fearful of falling, often blaming it on 'bad balance'. When in truth it's poorly sized gear and not knowing how to paddle for stability or use a brace.

And falling is normal - we all fall! And doing so means you're willing to push your skills and improve as a paddler. And dressing for the water temperature will allow you to have more fun falling.

Learn a few ways to get back on the board. The middle is the widest and thickest section to get on, try the trail and nose.
Inflatables are usually 6" thick thus difficult to get on especially for bigger folks. Learn about the Stirrup Rescue to help get on easier.
