ingredients
2 x 1.5 kg of pork hocks
if you want it more gelatine add trotters
4 lg carrots whole
600mls Coca-Cola
2 litre water to cover
2 tablesp salt
1 lg onion quarters
5 Bay leaf
1 bunch parsley (finechop)
1 lg tablsp peppercorns
6 garlic gloves (2 raw in mix the other 4 cook in butter)
chilli
100gm butter
first step 1hr cook then second step 2 to 3 hrs must fall off the bone.
