I Visited America's Most Beautiful National Parks (Full Film)

In the summer of 2021, I set on a journey with my friend to drive across the country and visit the great national parks of the west. This silent film documents the beautiful American lands of the Dakotas, Wyoming and Montana.

The first part of this film takes place in the Dakota Badlands. No place in the world where we see rock formations like this, nor experience the wind gusts that we did sleeping on the cliffside in our tents. After the badlands, we moved towards the Black Hills National Forrest. It's located in the Mt Rushmore area and is one of my favorite campsites I ever had. It was peaceful, no bugs, and gave us some much needed opportunity to rest.

After sprinting our way through eastern Wyoming, we camped out in one of the most beautiful, less-spoken about places in our country, in the Wind River area of the state. It technically cannot be a national park because it's owned by the Natives, so it doesn't make many lists of beautiful places in America... because it technically isn't part of the United States.

Once we arrived at the Tetons, we had one of the most beautiful views to wake up to. We didn't stay long, only one or two nights to do the cascade canyon trail. The intense summer heat wave and bugs were our enemy. The trail however, was beautiful. It was crowded, so we made sure to go in early, where we had most of the trail to ourselves.

Next, we camped about 10 miles south of Yellowstone National park by a river sourced from the hot springs within the park. The water was extremely warm, and besides the mosquitos it was an incredible campsite. We befriended some RV'ers who caravanned down together from Washington state. We spend several nights at this spot.
