lunch 1 to 2 o'clock:- any dal with 4 rotti 1 cup rice ya vegetable ya chicken ya fish
4 to 5 o'clock snacks:- coffee with dryfruits
pre workout: 2 banana
dinner any dal with 🥗
workout
Monday:- chest and biceps + cardio
Tuesday:- back and triciprs + abs
Wednesday:- sholder and cardio+ abs
Tuesday:- leg and calf workout + cabs
Friday:- full body workout
satuday:- chest and biceps+ cardio.
