DETAILS:
According to Sgt. Alejandro (off-camera), witnesses heard a pickup truck traveling northbound on Cullen at a high rate of speed, and a Toyota Camry driven by a female was traveling westbound on Almeda Genoa.
The two collided at the intersection of Almeda-Genoa and Cullen.
The Camry rolled several times as the truck dragged it.
The female driver was pronounced deceased at the scene (blurred out, but please double-check).
The driver of the pickup truck fled the scene.
