Went to Milo after Des Moines for the final Warren County test of 2022. This was my first time hearing a dual rotor Sentry do something other than a short alert, which was pretty exciting. The county gave the two minute warning right on time, and toned the sirens out about a minute later strangely enough despite claiming it would be two minutes. This thing honestly was not all that impressive from a distance, but was quite loud underneath as any omni should be. Was still neat to hear one of these again though. Thanks for watching, and enjoy!
Warren County tests their siren system on the first Saturday of every month at 1 PM from April to October, weather permitting.
