Liminal Spaces - Dark Corners of your nightmares ( eerie / creepy liminal )

sometimes I see these places in my nightmares
I visit my old grandfathers house but it's vacant and dark there's no one to be found. I can still do the things I used to but there's something there with me but I don't know what it is.. I don't want to know.
I find myself in my old school but everyone's gone and no one around. Did I really pass through time in these places? Is there something there watching me?
