I’ve had so many people tell me to check out Ren – “Hi Ren”, and now I get why.
This isn’t just a song — it’s a raw, emotional performance that hits on another level. The message in this song is something me and most artists can relate to. The musicianship, the storytelling, and the sheer honesty behind every word and note, unreal.
As a musician (and a physiotherapist who’s seen how emotion shows up in the body), this performance made me pause. There’s so much humanity here — tension, release, and vulnerability that you feel.
