Woodshells.com This video is part 2 of 2 for Shell Designer. I printed patterns and applied them to the 16 wedges for a small shell. The segments are cut out and assembled into two halves and the joint surfaces are milled flat to remove any error in the wedge angle. The assembled shell is then shaped and sanded into a shell model just like the 3D computer model it was made from. Shell Designer is now available on my new website WoodShells.com. Now you can make wood shells of your own design!
