Why I stopped watching red pill/mgtow compilations

There is of course different sides to red pill. There is that side but there is also the self development side. However, if you are on youtube and like to watch compilations, watching the red pill kind isn't the best use of your time. In my experience, they are usually very negative and by the end of the video you become pretty negative and sad
