You Won’t Believe How High These Baby Gorillas Climb!

You won’t believe your eyes — baby gorillas Jameela, Kunda, and Kayembe climb higher than ever before, scaling the very top of their outdoor habitat for a sky-high adventure! At nearly 18 feet up, these fearless little climbers turn the treetop mesh into their ultimate playground, climbing, wrestling, and exploring places I never imagined they’d reach.

Watch as Jameela makes her daring climb to meet her brother Kayembe, with Kunda soon joining in for a playful sky-high adventure. In the wild, gorillas mostly stay on the ground, climbing to forage for food — but these little adventurers climb just for fun. You can see their joy, curiosity, and sibling play as they conquer the top of their habitat.

Meanwhile, moms Freddy and Kebi stay calm below, trusting their little ones to explore these heights safely. Last week, we shared a video showing the girls playing on the fence about 12 feet up. We thought that was as high as they would go. We were wrong!
