I am excited to help you pass the state boards on your first try. The details of everything I used is below. Mix & match however you need that helps you get into a good flow. Also, if you don’t have enough space in your Ziploc bags, you can split them into multiple bags like I did!

Duffle bag or any other state board approved containers

Brown paper bags - can be found at Walmart, Harris Teeter, Giant Dollar Tree, etc… label as "multi-use" and "single-use"

Trash bag liners - dollar tree

Ziploc bags (size gallon) - dollar tree

BAG 1: Pre Examination Setup Disinfection
•Clorox / Lysol wipes
•box of gloves
•hand sanitizer
•paper towels
•alcohol (mock water)
•first aid kit
Everything in bag one will stay out throughout the remainder of the exam. It is your beginning of the day and end of day prep.

BAG 2: Brow Wax & Tweeze Prep
•towel/ sheet
•cotton rounds
•4x4 gauze
•brow brush
•astringent (mock water, also stays out the whole time)
•wax sticks
•wax (mock honey)

BAG 3: Mannequin Head (Client)

BAG 4: Basic Facial Prep
•towel/ sheet (can be the same as the towel you used for the brow prep)
• disposable applicators/wax sticks
• headband
• towel for head wrap
• towel for décolleté
• 4x4 gauze
• cotton rounds
• toner (mock water)
•facial gauze mask
•fan brushes
•lip applicators
•lip balm
•water (a little goes a long way)
•cleanser (mock hand soap)
•mask (mock aloe vera gel)
