In today's video, I give Dani a light massage with some reiki to bring her into a state of total relaxation. We will discuss some techniques for and relieving anxiety stemming from loss or emotional distress. Dani was a joy to have in my home and I am grateful I had the opportunity to work with her.

THE TEA RECIPE:
Loose barley tea can be found at any Korean grocery store. It is one of my favorites. You can steep it in boiling water or prepare a more flavorful tea by following these instructions:
