If you aren't familiar with Gazelle gliders, you may wonder how to move them from one place to the other. This video shows you how to do it, hopefully, without barking your shins! Easy does it!
Gazelle gliders are the best exercise equipment in the world. Great for aerobic and strength exercise. These don't take up much space and are readily available used for very low price in most areas. I find Gazelles, even abused ones, are very durable and provide very few problems. The only electronics I require when exercising on a Gazelle is a timer. So if you find one with defective or missing displays, don't worry. The machine will still give you a super work out. The Freestyle I have was purchase for very low price because it was battered. It's works absolutely perfect for me.
