Edison Motors and DeBoss Garage head to China, watch Part 1 where we adjust from jet-lag and enjoy the sights before visiting suppliers, manufacturers, dealerships and business meetings (videos to follow)

Shanghai Arrival: We’ve just landed in Shanghai and our first stop is the aquarium. Surprisingly, it’s not busy at all! Fun fact: Shanghai is home to the world’s second tallest building. Can’t wait to have dinner up there!

Aquarium Adventures: Check out these amazing fish above us! Did you know they can count as a tax write-off if shown in a YouTube video? Plus, there’s a seal doing flips – way cooler than our last tax write-off.

Electric Vehicles: The amount of electric vehicles here is incredible. The city is so quiet without the usual traffic noise. It's great for the environment, relocating pollution to power plants outside the city.

Pandas and Tigers: Of course, no trip to China is complete without seeing pandas! We’re on the lookout for these adorable creatures and maybe even a tiger or two.

Temples and Art: We’re diving into the rich cultural heritage by visiting stunning temples. The art and architecture here are absolutely breathtaking!

Public Restrooms: Had to face my fear of using public restrooms in China. It’s a bit intimidating, but we managed. Tip: Always carry some tissue with you!

Culinary Delights: Tried Korean BBQ for supper – it’s amazing! You scan the QR code for the menu, and they cook it right in front of you. So delicious!

Industrial Tour: Visiting Fotan, a company that builds electric pickup trucks. Got to see the power electronics under the hood – super neat and spacious!

Full Bars Underground: Even underground in the subway, we have full bars of 5G service. Canada, take notes!

River Tour: On the famous river tour in the Bund District of Shanghai. For an extra $20, we got the entire front of the ship to ourselves – totally worth it!
