100% completion starting from scratch - Doom: The Dark Ages

Instead of replaying a previously completed campaign and trying to locate the missing items and completing challenges I didn't complete. I decided to start a new game from the beginning on Nightmare difficulty as I previously did in my past series to 100% from start to finish. Enjoy!
