Story
As a child, the traveler drew maps across the night sky.
The answers they believed in were kept close, folded deep inside their chest.
The world spoke loudly, insisting it already knew the truth,
but those voices never truly reached the traveler—they blurred and faded into the distance.
Loneliness settled quietly, casting a long shadow.
Only one question remained, flickering like a small light: why.
One night, the traveler touched a crack in the stars.
Something shifted. Destiny began to strain, like metal about to bend.
Even if everything broke, the traveler didn’t turn back.
There was something that had to be known.
“If the world must twist,” they thought,
“then let it twist—so long as the truth waits beyond it.”
And so the traveler kept walking, searching for the shape that felt right.
Among ancient ruins, the traveler encountered a shadow at rest.
In its eyes was the same loneliness, perfectly reflected.
A gentle smile became a mask,
and beneath it, the heart grew warm and dangerously close to breaking.
Still, the traveler moved forward.
Even when the stars betrayed them, the journey did not end.
Loneliness was not a blade meant to wound—
it was a light that refused to go out.
With no place left to belong,
the traveler continues to chase the fractures in the night sky,
believing that somewhere beyond those cracks,
the truth is still calling.
