Sleeping Passenger Nearly Misses Flight | Heathrow Britain's Busiest Airport S8 E5 | Our Stories

Holidays are put on hold as it's the Queen's Jubilee and Heathrow is entertaining 72 military aircraft flying by 5,500 feet above its runway - with the airspace closed to commercial flights for 20 minutes, passengers waiting¿to board their flights have a ringside view of the Red Arrows billowing out their coloured smoke above the terminals on their way to Windsor Castle. However, the excitement doesn't reach all passengers in the terminals as a loud sound of snoring comes to the attention of Passenger Experience Manager Suki, who then has a race on his hands to get a sleeping beauty to the gate for their flight to Toronto. Also racing to catch their flight are a mother and daughter flying to South Africa to attend a close family relative's funeral, and with the forecast for passengers using Heathrow reaching over 50 million this year, Vietnam Airlines are putting on a bit of a show to welcome their passengers back to their terminal to distract themselves from the new kid on the block
