ALLIEDFLEX® Technologies - http://www.alliedflex.com - 1.941.923.1181 This FLX R8 system features an All-Fill Auger filler that dispenses a specific, verified, volumetrically quantity of product. The filler has two vacuum nozzles that extracts dust and sends it to a dust accumulation system. The systems vibratory bowl feeder orientates and singulate the scoops to the FLX R8. The scoop feeder is automatically inserted into each pouch, dust is also extracted at this time. Next the pouches are heat sealed and are sent though a top seal cooling station and discharged via a motorized conveyor. The control package includes a PLC with Color Touch Screen HMI.

• This system fills and seals liquids, food products and powders and granules.
