On paper the numbers may not be impressive compared to the last generation engines (OM651), but the character of the engine is that it’s more willing to rev up, feels more like a gas engine, but with the low end torque and pulling power of a diesel. The only backside of this engine is that it’s noisy. The sound is not very refined and quite uninspiring.
