From Village to London | Slow Living, Architecture, Nature & New Year Recipes

Step into a calm and thoughtful slow living day in London.
In this video, I share how a woman from a small village, now in her 50s, enjoys walking through London at her own gentle pace — noticing architecture, nature, and quiet beauty in everyday moments.
We begin with peaceful walks around London, visiting The Grove Hotel, surrounded by beautiful nature, owls, and a sense of escape from the busy city. Then we explore Bank Station, a place rich in architectural beauty and historic buildings that invite you to slow down and look more closely.
At home, I prepare New Year 2026 recipes in a very real and imperfect way — cooking several dishes at once, moving from one to another, just as life flows naturally.

A fresh salad with prawns and mandarin — an unexpected but delicious combination
I don’t cook everything in order — I move between dishes, start one, finish another, and follow my intuition.
