The Lore of Every Marvel Rivals Hero & Skin

Marvel Rivals is a third-person hero shooter developed by NetEase Games in partnership with Marvel Games.

And there’s no way around it, this game is a phenomenon. Not only does this game have incredible gameplay for every hero on its roster, but the game has even taught me about a few heroes I never even knew about in the Marvel Universe. Not to mention it has some of the coolest cosmetics I’ve ever seen in a Marvel video game, and several of them are right from the pages of the comics.

So, considering the obscurity of some of the heroes and my interest in their stories, as well as the stories behind some of its exceptional skins, I decided to do some research… on all of it. In this video, we will explore the real-world origin of every hero on the Marvel Rivals roster – who made them, when they first appeared, what their story and powers are, as well as the origin and inspiration for every single skin in the game.
