Setup VFX in VtubeStudio! | Tutorial & Effects Guide

VtubeStudio added special effects in 1.28. In this video we'll go over how to toggle the new setting on, review every special effect available, and to compare capture options for each (premultiplied alpha spout, spout default, and with a background).
