Learn how to make this beaded necklace in my new step-by-step tutorial.
I’ve wanted to create a necklace in this style for a long time, and the idea came together as soon as I saw these bugle beads from Beads Mouse. All the bugle beads used in this design were kindly provided by them.
I combined long TOHO bugle beads in black, metallic hematite, and silver-lined crystal with 11/0 TOHO hexagon beads. I really like how these colours work together — the necklace feels stylish and truly unique, while still calm and classic.
Materials:
– 11/0 TOHO Hexagon Beads (81 - Metallic Hematite);
– 9mm TOHO Bugle Beads (49 - Opaque Jet - Black);
– 9mm TOHO Bugle Beads (81 - Metallic Hematite);
– 9mm TOHO Bugle Beads (21 - Silver Lined Crystal);
– Magnetic Clasp;
– 6LB Smoke Beading Thread;
– Beading Needle;
