[00:00:00] A lot of times people ask about weekend rentals and we can cottage that sort of thing. And then we get a lot of calls about investment property, too. Well, this is all of it. This cabin here is where we're in the Red River Gorge area. But we're just an hour at a Lexington hour and 10 minutes at lexan, about an hour at a Richmond. This is fantastic. What a great little place you're going to see on our Web site. We've got several, several tracks in here for sale. We've got a few cabins for sale. This is an excellent weekend getaway and excellent rental and excellent investment property. Can you imagine this in a self-directed Roth I.R.A. income this this cabin produces are amazing. [00:00:53] This one here especially stays full all the time. Look how cute this is. And you can all of still photographs, too. I've seen a lot of this. This team, this team's work, the builder, the designer. It's just fantastic top notch stuff, great workmanship. And the decor is fabulous. Come on. First thing you come into is this living room, which is just as cute as can be. It's got the leather couches. I want to show you this here vaulted ceiling, fireplace.

[00:01:43] That's all I can say. Kitchen just excuse. It can be stools or leather. I mean, it's just everything's done right. What else can I say for each year? Management's already in place, so you can just buy this and rent it out. Who more than pay for itself? And then you've got a great place to go for yourselves when you want to come. block out the amount of time you want. This is the laundry in here. Stack washer dryer. I dare not say, but it looks to me that's beautiful bathroom. Nice tile, earth tone. All tile and bath in the bathroom here in the shower.

[00:03:15] You talk about romantic says up here on the wall. These are the times we will always remember. Half say. So that's pretty accurate. Of course, you got a closet over here, pretty, that is. This cabin stays rented. it's Tuesday. I had to come today because they just cleaned it. It just turned the room and it's booked tomorrow till Sunday again. So these cabins they rented. This one's about $150 a night, a little bit more on weekends. Another full bath appears. Well, not full baths. Sorry, you got half ass up here.

[00:04:13] All I'm saying, that's like that must be for the cleaning equipment. Another bedroom. The real deal now just about says best to left when I. Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. Just about say best till last.
