12 Switch point controller doing 24 or 36+ Points. 'GET OUTTA 'ERE!'
Its true I have a 12 switch cobalt alpha point controller from DCC Concepts. I love it but as the layout now looks to need control up to 14 point motors & I only have 12 switches well guess what. We can mirror the operation so that on a back to back series of points as discussed they work in unison, in other words in one position its set to both tracks operating in mainline mode and CLICK two motors move and allow the points to line up for sending & receiving traffic. Yes its that easy. NO its not an easily found video on youtube and for the minority of us using PECO INSULFROG Points on a DCC layout well, don't despair this is not only for you but to all our fellow comrades using PECO ELECTROFROG. It's quick its simple and thats all there is to say.
